Article 1 – General Provisions

  1. By browsing this section, the user accesses ad20age.com, available at: https://www.ad20age.com. Navigation and order placement imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy adopted by the site.

  2. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of goods and services exclusively for purchases made on the site, in accordance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/05, amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/14 and Legislative Decree No. 70/03).

  1. Before accessing products/services, the user must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are deemed fully accepted upon purchase.

  2. Users are encouraged to download and print a copy of the order form and these Terms. ad20age.com reserves the right to modify them unilaterally and without prior notice.

Article 2 – Scope

  1. These Terms govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders on ad20age.com. They do not apply to services/products offered by third parties via external links, banners, or hyperlinks.

  2. Before purchasing from third parties, users should review their respective terms.

Article 3 – Contract Formation

  1. To complete a purchase, users must fill out and submit an electronic order form, which includes:

    • Reference to these Terms.

    • Product/service details, images, and prices.

    • Accepted payment methods.

    • Delivery methods and costs.

    • Right of withdrawal and return procedures.

  2. The seller is not responsible for potential inaccuracies in product images due to technical reasons (images are for illustrative purposes only).

  3. Before finalizing the purchase, users must confirm they have read these Terms, including the withdrawal policy and data processing information.

  4. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed order form and verifies the accuracy of the data.

  5. The buyer is obligated to pay once the online order process is completed (by clicking “Proceed with Order”).

  6. After contract formation, the seller processes the order for fulfillment.

Article 4 – Registered Users

  1. During registration, users must provide accurate and truthful personal data.

  2. ad20age.com is not liable for incorrect data provided by users. Users must promptly notify any changes to their data.

  3. If data is incomplete, incorrect, or disputed (e.g., payment issues), ad20age.com may suspend the service until resolved.

  4. Upon registration, users receive a username and password, which serve as their access credentials.

  5. Users must keep login details confidential and not share them with third parties.

Article 5 – Product Availability

  1. Product availability is subject to real-time stock levels. Due to simultaneous purchases by multiple users, items may sell out before order confirmation.

  2. Even after order confirmation, partial or total unavailability may occur. In such cases:

    • The order will be adjusted (unavailable items removed).

    • The buyer will be notified via email.

  3. If the buyer cancels the order, ad20age.com will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation notice.

Article 6 – Products Offered

  1. ad20age.com sells:

    • Vintage clothing (men, women, children).

    • Accessories: Bags, belts, wallets, hats, scarves, gloves, shoes, glasses.

Article 7 – Payment Methods & Prices

  1. Prices are as displayed on the site (unless obvious errors occur).

  2. In case of pricing errors, ad20age.com will notify the buyer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order. The seller is not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

  3. Prices include VAT and shipping costs. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

  4. Buyers can modify order details before payment.

Article 8 – Delivery

  1. Delivery Areas:

    • Italy (excluding Vatican City and San Marino).

    • No delivery to: ________ (if applicable).

  2. Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

  3. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (or as specified at checkout). Maximum delivery time: 30 days from order confirmation.

  4. If delivery fails, the order will be held at a depot. The buyer will be notified for rescheduling.

  5. If the buyer is absent at delivery, they must contact ad20age.com to arrange a new date.

  6. If delivery fails due to buyer-related issues after 30 days, the contract is considered terminated.

  7. Upon termination, refunds (including shipping costs) will be issued within 29 days. Additional return costs may apply.

  8. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are displayed at checkout.

  9. Digital services are delivered within 3 days (max 30 days) via email.

  10. If delivery fails due to unforeseen circumstances, the buyer receives a full refund.

Article 9 – Transfer of Risk

  1. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment (including shipping fees) or upon delivery (if later).

Article 10 – Warranty & Compliance

  1. The seller is liable for product defects or non-conformity under Italian law.

  2. For consumers (non-business buyers):

    • Warranty covers defects appearing within 24 months of delivery.

    • Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

    • A return form must be completed.

  3. Remedies for non-conformity:

    • Repair or replacement.

    • Price reduction.

    • Contract termination (with refund).

  4. Return costs for defective products are borne by the seller.

Article 11 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. Buyers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product (under Art. 57, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

  2. For multiple orders delivered separately, the period starts from the last delivery date.

  3. To withdraw, buyers must:

    • Submit a request via the “Contacts” section.

    • Send a registered letter (A/R) to:

  4. The buyer may use the standard withdrawal form (Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014) or any explicit declaration.

  6. Return conditions:

    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.

    • Refunds (including shipping costs) are issued within 30 days.

  7. The seller may delay refunds until receiving returned goods or proof of return.

  8. Exceptions to withdrawal: Products/services listed under Art. 59, Legislative Decree 206/2005.

  9. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For bank transfers, buyers must provide IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC.

Article 12 – Data Processing

  1. Buyer data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). See the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 13 – Severability Clause

  1. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain fully enforceable.

Article 15 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by Italian law.

  2. Disputes shall be resolved by Italian courts. For consumers, jurisdiction is the buyer’s place of residence.
